What is this bas-relief about?

Each depicted horse symbolizes one of the sons of the customer. This added a special personal value and warmth to the work. The customer puts her children into each of them and addresses them as if they are nearby. The embedded symbolism turned the bas-relief into a living story about family ties and the protection that a mother feels towards her children, and how they are always ready to become a support and support for her.
